I am assuming you mean inner demons. The truth is that once you realize that the inner demon is really a part of yourself, you assimilate it, and move on. A lot of people are afraid of their inner demons and they never realize that that inner demon is something that is holding them back in certain aspects of their lives. Once understood, and eliminated, think of all the possabilities. ; )

my grandpa just died last month, and my grandmother lives in Conneticut. So there aren't any dinosaurs in my inner world. If that is what you are reffering to as Dinos.

I keep telling myself over and over again ..do not worry about those dinosaurs, because you know they ALL will end up being crude oil very soon..
then I laugh and they disappear for a little while

Throw inner asteroids or comets at them at them. Then all that is left are the bones, to be dug up, and examined, at a later time.

Very carefully. Because they are big and they are scary...so I have to prepare for the fight. I have to have all the proper equiptment and the right state of mind. Then I just go for it. I hide until they show themselves and then I attack. Sometimes my husband helps....you should see him .....he is my hero.....but mostly I do it alone....and I win. Because I am stronger and scarier then they are.

By finding out who they are and then knowing there weakness’s ..they’re dinosaurs they’ll be extinct sooner or later!! =)
