As an American, I am LMAO over the term "fanny". I am officially never using that term again when referring to my butt.
In regards to your problem, if it really is a problem, I should tell you that I know alot of men who believe this about themselves, (I live in L.A.) and it's usually a passing fancy. That doesn't mean you were born in the wrong body, you just need someone to help you be comfortable with the body you have. Good luck!

Some brands make specially designed pants/jeans that "Uplift" the buttocks (for men).
Also, Frederick's Of Hollywood makes "Fanny-Padding" undergarments that enhance curves.
I know a couple of cross dressers that use them. They do appear quite natural and create curves where there are none.
Either go to www.fredericksofhollywood.com or do an internet search for "uplift pants for men"
Take care!

See your doctor in the first instance, who will no doubt refer you if you are serious. Having a fanny is not all joy though. It has its problems the same as having a willy!!!

Well you're doing the right thing by asking total strangers on a Yahoo questions board. You should get the best possible answers to your problem.

First of all consult with your GP, if this is a serious question!!
Your GP will recommend that you speak to someone but if you did decide to go through with it that is part and parcel of what you have to do anyway as they have to be sure you're mentally aware of what this means etc etc.
Good luck.
