Time charing in places such as Mexico or Costa Rica are not worth it because you can get all inclusive for sheaper. 1 week all inclusive in Mexico $700.00 if that!

I just bought one in Vegas. You can trade the weeks in for other areas but I bet if you snoop around you can get better deals than a time share. I just wanted to own a piece of the strip.

save your money and buy a condo where they rent it our when you are not there, then you will have income to pay for the condo over time and then later not rent it out at all then at the end you have a piece of property; time shares have no future value, you own nothing just the right to take a vacation, what a scam
