Well, that depends on what e-mail ID you are using. If it is a free web-based e-mail service, check out the help pages on the particular site (try searching for "pop" or "smtp" on the help page). Or if it is an e-mail ID which came as a part of your Internet package, have a look at the paper/digital manual which came with the package.

you call your internet serverice provider {isp} and they will tell you like i live in central florida and i have road runner my pop is pop-server.cfl.rr.com and my smpt is smtp-server.cfl.rr.com
