I am fortunate that English is my first and only language. Us English speakers can afford to be lazy since so many in the world speak it.

My suggestion would be to go to an English speaking country like Britain or America and live there for a while. This will help a lot.

If that is not an option start reading a lot of books (written in English). Lots of reading will help you get more of a feel for the language.

I am sorry to inform you that there is no easy way to learn grammar, for grammar is the backbone of the English language. He who masters the grammar, masters other two important skills: speaking and writing. My advice for you would be to find a very good teacher to teach you grammar. As important as understanding what your teacher teaches you is to practice it. English is just a foreign language to me and I had to spend thousands of hours writing sentences, using all the language patterns that the English language has to offer. I wish you good luck.

The simplest thing to remember is that the subject of a sentence almost always comes before the verb. Many languages put the verb first.
