The 2 main ingredients in warp mints is ginseng and guarana. Guarana contains very high concentations of caffeine and has been used as a stimulant and appetite suppresant. The serious side effects are listed as a serious allergic reaction including difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue or face, hives, irregular heartbeat or pain. If any of these symptoms occur stop using the mints immediatley! Other side effects are: heartburn, upset stomach, loss of appetite, constipation or diarrhea, nervousness, irritability, anxiety, sleeplessness, irregular heartbeats, and headache.

They do not contain caffeine.
I've bought them previously from the site linked below. Check out the site, the ingredients are about a third of the way down the page.
They taste pretty good but they didn't give me a boost of energy or anything!
