If you have been taking your birth control pills properly (every day at around the same time) you ARE protected from pregnancy during your "off" or "sugar" pills. This is also when your period should come. All this information should be included in the information packet you received with the pill pack. As long as you've been on the pills for more than a week (and it looks like you have) you are protected from pregnancy throughout the whole cycle. You are NOT protected from STIs/STDs though so if you and your partner haven't been tested you might consider using a condom.
If you are saying "3rd day off the pills" meaning you've decided to not take hormonal birth control any more and stopped before finishing the entire pack, I'm not sure how long you're protected from pregnancy. It doesn't look like you mean that though so you are fine, and should be protected.

There is a chance for adverse effects, but if they are stopped when the person finds out, there may be no damage at all. My friend took BC pills while she was pregnant for two months before she found out. Her son is now a healthy, normal eight year old. They have to tell you the bad stuff that could happen if you take them. But it is all POSSIBLE side effects. I'm sure there are many women out there who got pregnant on BC pills (by not taking them properly) and didn't find out right away. Most babies will turn out just fine.

No you shouldn't. You take birth control pills for 3 weeks then on the fourth week you are off of them to have your period. Look it up on their website, it should tell you all the information you should need.

I did, with my youngest son. Now that was years ago and birth control pills may be different, but I would be careful for at least three months.

yes you can and it will have serious consequences for the child so it is better to get checked to see if you are preganat first. number one reason why you sahouldnt take the pills is because if you are pregnant rite now and keep taking the pills the baby especially if it is a boy will have serious hormonal problems
