lol....the problem is, you're not sure if someone is pulling your leg or if they are really desperate, and ask questions because they are really frightened...I just try to answer with intelligence, unless it is a blatant foolish question ...

Who else should ask about penis questions? I think an issue we have here also is that many of these penis and testicle questions come from young men who frankly don't understand their male sexuality and this is perfect place to ask a question. I am sure many questions are here for humor but behind the question is a young man who is insecure about sexual issues and he can learn a lot by the answers he is given.
Sex educations has gone down the drain in schools with the current Republican tone of abstaining from sex is all you should know. As we all know the sexual drive of a teenager is intense and most are not virgins by the age of 17.
This is a great place to ask a question about your male anatomy.
It just might help someone who is clearly confused about his sexual issues.

Its called Mens Health because its for men. Men have a penis and testicles. Usually they have to ask about their penis. Thats the reason. "Mens Health" is fine. Not all the questions have to do with a penis.

Mens' Health does not have to be all about penis. It could be any issue with regards to man be it physically, mentally or socially.
