They available on-line, but, take a few days to get. As first answers try Spencer's and just make a few phone calls to Department Store Jewelry and ask. I not sure places like Wal-Wort will have, not hurt to check. But, the better places like Dillard's and Macy's etc. The ones my mom and neighbor have came from Turkey, but, that be a long drive.
They do have them on Amazon, see link, but, there many other places. I checked, Spencers, Sears and Wal-Wort, but, I not find anything there, I may have searched wrong.

They are called Lucky Eyes. They ward of evil because with just one look, people can wish harm on you. They protect you from jealous people and they ward off evil. But in order for them to work, they have to be given to you as a gift. So convince someone to buy them for you. I wear them all the time, and they're really cute. You can find them in Aventura Mall, Bayside, Pembroke Mall, Dolphin Mall, and many more. Ask around. I hope I helped!!!
