Every time I watch friend or Joy he ends up with some girls, anyone can tell me how many girls did he sleep with so far?

I presume you mean Joey - there is no telling how many girls he slept with as a) it is safe to assume the character was not a virgin at the start of Friends; b) on many occassions you only saw or heard about him going on dates - the outcome of which was never revealed; and c) he could exaggerate to impress the other Friends.
