Willy Wonka is the owner, there are 5 golden ticktes. Just for the Record the original was way better.

In all versions there is a sixth ticket, but it is revealed to be a fake, which makes Charlie's discovery of the fifth ticket that much more exciting!
After passing Wonka's "test" Charlie is the new owner.
Note: Oompa Loompas in the original movie are the best ones!
