I would have to say the oldest child; they get the strongest discipline from the parents, being that they were the first child. And they end up taking up the family responsibilities when the parents are not available, including taking care of their siblings.
I'm the youngest child and I feel for the older siblings. They can get blamed for what goes wrong when parents are not around, even if it's out of their control.
Be blessed.

I'm not really sure if it's worse to be the youngest or oldest. I'm thinking the oldest. When you are the oldest, you have to set the bar and be a good example and role model. When you are younger, you have to try to follow in their footsteps and sometimes even exceed their achievements. The oldest child also gets blammed a lot as "knowing better". I think it's worse to be the oldest child. I'm the middle child but I get treated as the youngest and oldest. I have set the bar that none of my brothers or sister have came close to and never will. I get favored the most of all the kids. And I'm more mature than my sister who is 10 years older than me.

Well I am the oldest and all the responsibility falls on me. My youngest sister was 12 years younger than me so it was like I had to always watch out for her. I think being the oldest has made me the person I am today though. I would have to say the middle, because of the issues they have when they are an adult like my sister who was in the middle.

The middle. I am a middle, although my mother and father were divorced, so I was the baby, being my mother and father had 2 kids, my older brother and I, and my father left us. So, until I was 19 and met my father then, I was the 2nd child, not knowing all those years that I had a 1/2 sister. I was pretty much ignored as the baby though, by my mother who only had the 2 of us, my brother and I. My brother was the basketball player, the football, baseball player, and I was a loner.
When I found out about my 1/2 sister and father, I tried to get us all together, but my father paid a great deal of attention to my brother, and his second daughter, and I got pushed out. I will always hate him for that, after all the years I cried for him, never having had the father I should have had, as all children deserve.
I am over all the pain now though, because I realize, if I had had him, he would have hurt me more than he did by not being there at all.

Probably the middle one. I have 2 older sisters, 5 years between me and the next. Then 4 younger brothers. So I'm the youngest daughter, but near to being the middle child. Felt a bit left out, even though we all got along. Now my next sis and I are so close and are best friends

well the oldest gets the most attention from day one there the first person that doesn't everything so they get everything before u and they get alot attention and the youngest is small they never thing when something goes wrond that the youngest would have done it and they also get alot of attention. i would say the middle is the worst because u don't get the most attention what ever happens gets put on the middle.

i'm the youngest, I have 2 older siblings. Being the youngest absolutely has this is priveleges - even now that we are all in our 30's and up! My oldest sibling looks to were lower than the most stress to "carry out" and be triumphant. She got here up inclusive of her own definition of fulfillment in her 40's. She is an outstanding lady. My middle sibling, became middle of the line - under no circumstances led to difficulty, under no circumstances did something too exciting to entice interest to herself. She also grew to develop into nicely adjusted to existence a lot extra instantly than me or our eldest sibling. She is an outstanding lady. i became continually the focal element. i became babied plenty with the help of my mom and father and my sisters. It took a lengthy time period for me to confirm the very incontrovertible fact that i became easily an individual (of route, it did take me a lengthy time period to really act like one too!). i appreciate being the youngest, yet experience that each and every spot has this is professionals and cons.

Being the oldest because then your parents are always more stricter on you then they are with the other ones. You have to set a good example if you're the oldest and you always get in trouble for stupid stuff
But I'm an only child, with a half sister so..I can't really say much. I get treated waaaaaaay better then my 8 yr old half sister, and I'm twice her age

I'm the oldest out of two kids, and i think the oldest has it bad. The Oldest has to b the third parent to the younger kids.
