He needs to learn control.. There are desensitizing creams and lubricants out there that will help deaden the sensation so he can last longer. Or he could masturbate before you have sex, so that the next time he comes he won't come as quickly.

My intuition says he comes very fast because of 2 things. Not practicing control of his orgasm and also my guess is that he is having orgasm too rarely to be able to control it. I don't know if this is acceptable for you but you could try having sex with him more often, or if that is not acceptable, you could ask him to masturbate a couple of hours before sex. Having a recent orgasm at least for me makes the second orgasm much more controllable.

If your having trouble you need to relax, which i know is easier said than done. If i where you I would explore myself alot more alone first to see what works for me, either by hand or even if you use some help from a vibrator or whatever, try and concentrate and think about what turns you on most, once you get the hang of it, get your partner involved, or if you feel comfortable talk him through what you like best and what turns you on. What works great is if you buy those vibrating condoms =D
