My suggestion to increase ur height is ,
U just Play shuttle badminton.
This is live experience with me, i played rigourously shuttle , badminton and became a champion, and now my height is 6 ft. tall.
So just play shuttle, and if u r going to gym, don't lift too much lifts, stop doing shoulder exercises, it will effect ur height, and do not lift too much weights, it will also effect ur height.
And abt food, u leave all the oily food, and if u eat meat( mutton ), u eat the thing that will be inside a bone , it will have so much calcium, and it will increase height.

There is a procedure they do now, don't know what it's called, they cut the bone in your lower leg and put a brace on either side of the cut. As the bone is healing back together you tighten a screw which stretches the bones apart as it heals so you gain height. I saw a documentary where they did alot of this China or Japan.
It is very painful and can't imagine the scars are all that nice. Not sure if the 2" are worth going through all of that.
I've heard good things about the Hang Up's Inverstion Table. If you use it daily the act of stretching your spine and practicing good posture will add about 3/4 to an 1" to your height.
Eat well for your future. Osteporosis will cause bone loss in your future if you don't take care of yourself now.
I wouldn't mess around with HGH (human growth hormones) there are way too many negative possibilities when taking these and your future, your life is more important that taking that chance.
I'd say find a way to be happy with the height God had planned for you. Things could have been very different. You might have been born without the ability to walk or stand at all
Or you could be 5' 2 1/2" like me :-)
Hope this helps

Growth in height is due to increase in length of the bones of the limbs and central skeleton. This growth only occurs at the growth plates, which are found at the ends of the bones. As growth takes place from childhood to teenage years, the growth plates become progressively thinner, and finally disappear. From this point on, the bones will no longer grow in length.
By age 21, the growth plates will have disappeared, and natural growth in length of the bones will not occur.
A surgical procedure known as the Ilizarov procedure can be used to lengthen bones that no longer have growth plates. In this procedure, the bone is fractured in a controlled manner, and then the fractured parts are held slightly apart by a device known as an Ilizarov distractor. Because the fractured parts are held slightly separated, the bone will heal with a small increase in length. The separation can be slowly increased over time, at the rate of about 1mm a day.
However, do note that the Ilizarov procedure is very painful, and the bone requires about 2 months to heal after the procedure. If done incorrectly, the bones may become very brittle, or the healing could fail, resulting in permanent damage to the limbs. It is quite a drastic procedure and should not be undertaken lightly.
If you do decide to undergo this procedure, make sure you have it done by a properly trained orthopaedic surgeon.

I doubt it but that is merely my personal observations over the last 47 years.
The only appreciable body change (at that time of life) that I have seen in people that I know, comes from the folks that signed up with the military. (It doesn't matter which branch.) But I think the regimented diet and continuous exercise present the best breeding ground for any possible change that your body may still be able to produce.
Now that doesn't mean you have to join the service. You could certainly go through the same motions outside of boot camp and the careful eye of some screaming lunatic. But it might be harder to maintain that level of discipline on your own.
Also learn a foreign language (or another if you have one already). You need to expand your mental state as well as your physical state. Just kindly advice - no offense meant in way shape or form.
Regards.

Short of fooling around with HGH, there is nothing that can be done for you, and HGH carries risks with it
