It's hard for me to imagine stuffing with a rump roast. Then again it's been decades since my Scottish heritage has been in practice. Things here in the USA are different then across the pond.
By the way, it's about time to put the scooter to bed for a few months. Prep her well.

I love my traditional roast but today my adult son and I went out to a restaurant for dinner. I had garlic musrooms in a cream sauce with a ciabatta roll. Then I had a 12oz rib eye steak with corgettes, bell peppers, runner beans and a jacket potaoe. Washed down with a couple of DIET cokes (irony eh? lol). I got home and slept it off. Dreaming of getting back to my diet tomorrow....;

My husband is making a steak pie with Lyonaisse potatoes, broccoli, carrots, spinach and peas. Plenty of red wine, Cheese course and then I suspect something chocolately for pudding. I love having a husband that is a fab cook, I'd starve to death without him!!!!
