I just got a delicious Chocolate cell phone, and i met these people with an interesting feature when i call them, a song plays. I believe this is called call waiting. How do I get it myself, and also... can one of my personal songs be used as my call waiting response?

~Thank You

Actually, Verizon calls them ringback tones. The song plays when the person calls your phone instead of them hearing a ringing tone.

go here and pick one out: https://ringbacktones.vzw.com/
They cost money though but that's the Verizon music site.

Also, it has nothing to do with call waiting. Call waiting is a feature where you're on the phone with one person and another person calls your phone at the sametime. Either if you're on the phone with someone or not, when people call your phone they will hear music instead of the sound of ringing until you answer their call.

From what I understand, even Cingular (now AT&T) will not cover the cost of a new phone, if it's not insured. I think they told me, even with insurance, it's likely they may not cover loss. Only damages. So, you should be able to go to any AT&T (or Cingular) store to purchase a new phone anywhere. They have security questions, etc., to know it's you. If you can wait, go online and order a new phone they have on sale, and that will cost you less. That one would be shipped to your home. So, if you need your pyhone right away, it doesn't matter where you're at. They absolutely SHOULD be able to help you. Good luck. Don't worry. God's got your back.
