my comp. time gets changes when ever the comp. is turned off, it also changes the day and year and reaches 2003 pls help

The battery- looks like a quarter coin, located on motherboard seems discharged/dead. You may need to replace the battery. It helps system to remember bios setting, date and time. In this case, the system returns to its default date/time.
If your system was shut off for many weeks/days the battery may lose its charge. Try if it gets charged once your system works for hours, if this case is with you.
Otherwise replace the battery, it wont cost you more than 2 bucks.

Check the cell in your motherboard. Replace it
See if there is a virus.
