Accept depression as an illness like a cold. Did something trigger this depressed state of mind, or could it biological. Many people in the world suffer from depression, so don't put yourself further down for it. Go to a good psychiatrist, tell them how you feel. If you don't like the first one try to you find one you can work with. Read about the subject. Don't use alcohol or other substances that can make you more depressed. Be around positive people if you can. Get more sunshine, eat heathy and maybe start a journal. It takes time to get well. Medications usually take several weeks to feel their full effects, so try to have some patience. Also getting put on the right medication and dosage doesn't happen overnight. One last thing, try to find one thing to be thank ful for each day. And if you ever feel like you want to hurt yourself, please don't get help, remember many people care about you more that you realize.

Is this a now and then thing? Are you finding your depressed more often than not? If it only happens now and then you are perfectly normal. So many people have the same problem.

If depressed to you is the same as bored then you need to rethink your priorities. Discover what it is you really like to do with your time and go do it.

What ever you do talk to someone than can help. A one line sentence on here will get you nothing. No one knows you. No one has a clue what is wrong so we can't really give good advice.
Even if you would have said what your depressed about it would have helped.

Go talk to a friend...minister....counselor....anyone who will just listen. You need to talk this out because nothing helps more than that.

very positive. You're lying back watching the clouds just as you are watching the events in your life go by. Everything has clarity and definition, and there is variety as well. You're in a relaxed position indicating that you feel strong and confident about the way things are progressing. The sun feels good and colorful butterflies surround you. These are all the options and opportunities that you have right now, and they are plentiful. They can also signify the people in your life right now. Bright, energetic and beautiful, you are surrounded by positive energy from most every direction. This is a wonderful time for you where you are the one who's in charge of your life, and things are going extremely well. Seize some of those opportunities!

why are you feeling depressed? Did something happened to u lately that has caused this? Get help b4 its becomes too serious, it can lead to suicide, no interest in anything and even panic attacks, phobia etc... pls do get some help becos I was in that stage once about 5 yrs ago. I got medication and till today I'm still taking it. Can't stop half way or the recurring depression will hit even harder... believe me, it helps to speak to someone and let out all your frustrations, fears and unhappiness...

Do something that makes you happy. Hug someone. Go play in the leaves. See your friends. Have some ice cream. Anything. Just keep yourself busy with things you love doing and pretty soon you'll feel better.

physical exercise to raise your natural endorphins plus daily walk outside in the sun, if possible. Volunteer to help others with problems. Eat healthy, avoid fats, alcohol and processed sugar (although there is a lot to be said for chocolate in moderation) And talk to a therapist
