if you're chinese, its normal. it gets mixed up as the chinese mouth and tongue and for that matter, any language they only use one particular part of the mouth/tongue. its surprising that our mouths can make hundreds and hundreds of sound but every language uses barely half of it. hence when you are born speaking only one language, you may encounter this problem.
try practising it loudly and be conscious of it and hopefully it will not get mixed up

alongside time in the past I knew a father and son who had a speech problem and that they the two spoke alike. the mum and sisters did no longer have a similar speech development. I had a speech problem from a stroke,i could no longer talk in any respect or say what I knew could be it like fence, rake, automobile etc. I had alot of medical care with human beings exhibiting me playing cards, making me say the be conscious and if i exchange into incorrect they might splendid me,it took awhile even though it labored,i'm specific speech medical care could help you, no longer something to lose purely to income, come across a solid place and supply it a try. solid luck. p.s. get a recorded tape that tells the sounds and prepare them til you get them.

Ask your doctor to refer you to a speech therapist. I had the same problem when I was growing with my 'S' and I have now broke from it and I pronounce the 'S' in my words School, speech, service, etc.
