Need new UK mobiles for me and the boss (my wife)... The criteria is as follows...
Needs to be Virgin Mobile (our present operator who we are happy with)
Needs good reception capabilities as where we live, the reception is crappy - very important
The phones need to be idiot proof (because of me!) and easy to use
The phone needs to be fairly robust as they do get hammered around a bit!
The ringtones need to loud enough to be heard... we use quite noisy equipment.
Blue tooth to our earpieces.. (have to behave whilst driving)
We don't need internet, music downloads etc as we use the phones for business only... our customers call us from land lines.
Recommendations please...

You are putting too many restrictions on yourselves, why stick with Virgin Mobile, if you are having problems with reception then perhaps it is the network that is the cause and not where you live. talk to others living in your area and see which network/s they are with and what reception they have, as used for business then priority must be the reception. If you are on contract to Virgin then you will need to continue with them until contract period expires, or buy yourselves out, if you are concerned about keeping existing numbers and would loose if you went with another network, you can port your numbers to any network, With regards to handsets best to go down to local mobile shop and see what handsets are available and see which suit your needs the best, there are too many options to give advice, slider, clam-shell, size of screen, battery life, size of font, menu system can go on but you see where I am coming from. Good luck

when considering what mobiles and network to buy, i always go to the price comparison website like www.kelkoo.com or one that dedicated specially for mobile phones, www.cheapphonehut.co.uk
U can check what mobiles that u think suit to ur needs and ur chosen network.
