Because they are blueblooded elitists who think the government should be the tool of the upper class to maintain their wealth and keep us slobs in our place. This conceit drove Prescott into favoring the Nazis-- he violated the Trading with the Enemy Act. His grandson Idiot Boy has the additional problem of being a right-wing religious fanatic. Peopole like that don't like Democracy when it means freedom not to be Christian, or from Puritan values.

Lets see. I know for a fact and I am not going to tell you which one, was a TBF Avenger dive bomber pilot in WW2. He was shot down and picked up by a submarine. Dive bombing took allot of nerve and bravery. So does that answer your question about one of them?
