If u are not fat try eating 2-6 meals a day but small plates. If you get hungry quickly try eathing fruit. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. You will end up being very fat because of the yo-yo dieting. If you are hungry now, go get yourself a bowl of cereals( make sure they are chocolate-free). If you are a teen(i am one too) try eating healthy and do a lot of sports. If you will get hungry by 11 o'clock eat fruit. Good luck!

Yes, in a way ~ I get hungry slowly and if I ignore it, it'll eventually go away, only to come back with a vengeance!
