What is the purpose of life....because perhaps it would give meaning to both ends of the lifes spectrum---the beauty, the tragedy, the sunshine and the bitter cold, birth and death, love and loneliness, happiness and despair---It might help one find their calling in this mission we call a life...rather than going everyday seeking a means to an end.

To find the purpose of life for sure.
If I know the answer to this question I would be so content that I will not strive to become rich, I will not look for a soul mate and I will not fear death because I'll know where I am going.

I'd have to say 1 only because I don't think the others are useful.

Knowing who your soul mate is wouldn't necessarily make my life any better. I have great friends and someone who I've described in the past as my soul mate, but in general it doesn't make my life better.

I believe there is no 'purpose to life' as such. Except to live and grow.

I don't suffer from fear of death. It'll happen in time, so make the most of the life you have.

That only leaves me with number one. Which would be useful I suppose unless the answer was to do something I found morally repugnant.

Good question!!

It is not possible to live reasonably well when obsessed with the fear of death........ only when I live properly that all other questions regarding life arise, including the very purpose of life. Therefore I would choose to know the answer of how to repel the fear of death.

Actually none of the above.
I have no desire to be a millionaire, I have everything I need.
I've found my soul mate, been married for going on 34 years.
I have found, and am comfortable with the meaning of life.
I hold no fear of death.

I take number 2!Because some people may get rich or born rich!because is not important for me to know the purpose of life, and why that?because the unknown is make our days better.AND because all one day will die,so i will definitely one day get over this fear. But i believe just a few people have met their soul mate, and i wish to be one of them
