Limit Guest User?

I've just creted a Guest account on my laptop and wondered if they're is a way to restrict which programs the guest account can access. Is there any way to do this?
if yes how?

Ditch the Guest account and have it as a Limited account instead.
Set a password for it.
Then you can just delete the icons from the start menu!

By making that account a "limited user" you will restrict that account greatly. As far as what it can and can not do read about the guest account at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300489
