This question seems simple but underneath is a complicated scenario. I'm making a list.
1. Who do YOU love? It sounds like neither. When you speak of these women one "loves YOU so much" and the other loves you as well yet you express no feelings toward either other than the fact that by letting this weird combination to continue you obviously enjoyed being loved without giving much back. If you're reacting rather than acting in both relationships, get out. It's not fair to either women and it's not fair to you. Why is it not fair to you? You're depriving yourself of giving love so you're experiencing love in half measure.
2. Does the girlfriend who loves you so much KNOW her best friend has the same feelings? I doubt it as love is inclusive and if she knew she certainly wouldn't be visiting you with this "friend". However, you know because the best friend has obviously told you. Why don't you tell your primary girlfriend about her best friend's feelings? She wouldn't be losing a best friend.
3. Does the third party really love you? Think about it. You describe her as your girlfriend's best friend. That means the relationship between the two women existed first. Granted, the 3rd party may think she loves you (or wants you) but this may be due to jealousy-- she wants what her friend has-- or is trying to split up the relationship because she feels threatened and wants her best friend back. Obviously, you're male but if this third party is professing "false love" you're being played like many women are: it's called objectification -- meaning you're really not a person to this woman but more of a pawn (object) in a game to see who will win.
4. I don't understand how the parents of these girls fit into all of this? Age means a great deal in relationships and you've left this part out other than the reference to the parents which intimates you're very young.

I don't really understand your problem. Which one do you love or do you happen to be in love with both. That always presents problems. Always.

Do they know that they both love you? This question just made me think of the song "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend" by Type O Negative! lol
If they both know, and have no issues, where's the problem?
