Whats the best way to get back at a family that have been tormenting my own family for years?

ooh yes this is the sort of thing we want.
Right for starters do you have a printer ?
What i did was print out some court summons,make it look official
and hand post it at night write on the front delivered by hand by bailiff.
You can summon them to court for anything you like,i put one that said you are hereby summonsed to stoke on trent magistrate court for indecent conduct in a public toilet,failure to attened will result in you arrest.
any way you no the kinda thing,they will **** bricks for days.
just make sure it looks official

I have a similar problem with my neighbours. They are constantly tormenting my family as they were hoping to buy our house from my Dad at a discounted rate and make one big house when he and my mother split up. They didn't receive any such offer and, like I said, as a result, they have been trying every which way to get us to leave. The most satisfying approach we have found to counteract our neighbours behaviour is to simply ignore them, no matter how bad they get, this really riles them. And what they hate even more is if we smile politely when we see them. Its great to see how angry a simple smile can make someone!

Go petition the court for a restraining order against the family. That way, they can be arrested if they trespass on your property, or otherwise harrass you. The restraining order will also keep them literally away from you by physical distance. It's called a restraining order in the U.S., I'm sure your country has similar provisions in its legal system.

My mates dad put dog crap through his neighbour's letter box once 'cos their dog kept using his garden as a toilet, never it's own. He ended up getting arrested though as the people were on holiday for two weeks and the smell was unimaginable when they returned, lol. I wouldn't recommend this!

Indirect action rather than direct action. If you do anything directly back at them, not only are you lowering yourself to their level, but you could potentially get into trouble yourself, however unreasonable that may seem. Instead, keep a diary of everything they do to your family for a few weeks and then report them to the police, using the diary as evidence.

a) an asbo
b) get them evicted
c) get them on the trisha show
d) post a kipper through their letterbox whilst they are on holiday
e) leave a dog poo on their doorstep
f) always nick their parking space
g) apply for viagra and penis enlargement broschures in their name

The best way would be to sell the house and move away.
