Lingerie is the foundation of anything we women put on. A bad bra can ruin the look of even the most expensive evening gown. Visible panty lines can make even the sexiest jeans look "off".
Lingerie (though supposedly unseen) can make or break an outfit. Good lingerie, however, can make good clothes look even better. And if a woman knows she looks good, she feels good. She becomes more confident, and if one is more confident, it is easier to make one's real personality shine through.
If we are confident with ourselves, we become more attractive to others. No man wants to love a woman who doesn't feel good about herself or love who she is.

Nobody ever said that sexual arousal is blind or said that sexual arousal is love. Lingerie is only temporary, for example, "looks nice, now take it off"
