As one goes around the world, the time changes. Where the point that it meets and what are the two time zones on either side of that point is what I'm curious about.

If you think about it there are many such places. If there is say a 1 hour diference between two time zones which are next to each other, then at say 11.30pm I can stand with 1 foot in the most western zone and my other foot in the eastern zone would be in the 12:30 am time zone, whixh is the next day.

Or the other way around , you have 1 foot in today and 1 foot in yesterday.

Such a place where you could do this would be say on the state border between Western Australia and South Australia.

The obvious answer is the international date line in the middle of the pacific ocean. But you can do it anywhere there is a time zone line. You could have one foot an hour later than there othe.

The International Date Line is a zig-zag line running north-south in the middle of the Pacific. You'd have to be on a ship.
