Why is there Predjustice against Black People?

In my work I get to deal with all races of people and I have noticed there seems to be a universal predjustice against black people. I know a Korean couple (came here in 1975) they really hate blacks (they say they steal from them). Some of the Spanish I deal with also tell me of their distrust of blacks. Countless white business owners because they fear being sued and say black workers are poor and they complain alot and are lazy..not all but most. They all say this in private out of fear. I asked a large employer why out of 450 people there are no blacks, he had Spanish, calcasions, Orientals etc...but not one black. He said that they don't apply...then at lunch the same day he said they make terrible employees and everyone knows it...he said just between you and me. He said that's why the government forces companies to hire blacks if they have contracts with them. Then (ie post office jobs etc)

How has this happened?? why has this happened happened???

The reason of prejudice against black people is cheer ignorance .....If black people were granted and provided with the same chances the other than blacks have ....no discrimination against them would be experienced as they would display the same attributes the other than blacks have , but men are judge mental and prejudicial and are imperfect . How to re mediate that wrong .........( a replica of The movie of : The day after tomorrow ) where wordly justice takes place when a calamity happens to the non blacks of the world and the only way out lies in the generosity and in the hands of a special gene in the black people of this world . Then recognition and gratefulness would be experienced and justice would be done.....

To the one who talked about Blacks not working outside, maybe it is because your pay is so low? I can and will get my hands dirty, but I chose a career that is in an office and I am surrounded by White women. Which race will take care of you at the nursing home? Go take a look at Grandpa, there is a majority Black staff seeing to his needs (unless you are in a predominately white state/area). Prejudice started from slavery and has passed from generation to generation. We did not come over here with our culture intact like Whites, Indians (not native), Asians, Hispanics, etc. We were forcibly taken from our land. Do not say "go back", because it applies to all other races (but one) that are here. Native Americans have suffered the worst from racism, moreso than Blacks. But like it or not, we had a direct hand in the building of the US. I WAS a fan of Michael Richards from the "Friday" show (1980) until that rant. He only said what others have in the back of their minds and only say among themselves. Affirmative Action has its place although some think otherwise (Justice Thomas, you listening?).

Its probably an insurance company thing. You need to demonise an element of the population to create crime for the standover men to sell you policies. That slavery attitude you guys had might still be hanging around a bit too, but don't worry, the Chinese are about to move into Africa bigtime and our chicken hearted western culture will be the big loser. When I travelled in the usa I couldnt help noticing the black people seemed physically superior....this may have something to do with your problem.

Hmmn. i can not say i'm against black team spirit, inspite of the undeniable fact that it rather is somewhat frightening. history tells us that a minimum of in this united states of america whilst black human beings unite and surely start to rock the boat our leaders, many times intellegent black adult men land up lifeless. additionally am against segregation of any style i think of that takes us in a step in the incorrect direction. And thats what alot of racial team spirit communities altimately pontificate.

I own a company and no blacks apply with me. My work is outside work, and it requires people willing to get their hands dirty and to work in the elements. So you tell me why no blacks apply.

The schools that are mostly black are the schools with the lowest test scores and lowers school scores. I have friends that are black, some are professional people. I like and respect them.

But when you talk about predjustice, think about the NAACP, Jesse Jackson, affirmative action, black Miss America, United ***** college fund, etc. Trying having a NAACP where the C meant Caucasian, or a white Miss America. I have family in Montgomery Alabama, a 70% black city. My nephew is discriminated against because he's white. To me, blacks hates whites more than the other way around, and you they can't keep blaming it on slavery which ended with the civil war. GEt over it,get a job, get off government money.

That is one of the key questions in the universe and if you find the answer, publish it so we can work backwards to change the beginning. If we know the problem - the real problem, the source - then we can work to fix it.

I am not against any race BUT I* am against American haters, crude, lazy, racists or antisemetic people Sure there are bad blacks but there are bad Asians etc etc too. We all have our good people and our skum bags too
