140 Years = 1680months
140 Years / 2 = 70 Years
1680 Months / 2 = 84 Months
Grampas sone does not matter because it has nothing to do with the problem.
I would say Grampa is 84 years old.

one week =seven days
so if grandson is x years old son is 7x years now since grandpa is as many years old as granson in months so his age=12 x
according to question
12x+7X+x=140
or x=7
so granpa is 12*7=84 years old
grandsons age=7 years
son is 49 year old
