Park your car where you want to park it. He'll eventually come over to tell you to move it, but this time you'll have had the time to think through an answer.
My answer would be: I understand why you're concerned about lorries hitting your car. Certainly, that's possible. I don't share your concern, however. I think it is highly unlikely my car will be damaged by a lorrie. So, I won't be moving my car. Given your worry, you might consider moving your car.

We all have neighbors that we wish would drop off the face of the earth. Tell him sorry it's a free country. I can park were I want when I want & how I want. You can always move your car if you don't like where I parked mine. Ignore him. Tell him when he has something intellegent to talk to you about you'll listen.

There is 1 and only 1 possible scenario they are an only child that was spoiled by their parents from birth when they were given their first My little pony and wouldn't share with their friends their mom told them you don't have to share we got that for you... later in elementary school they would never share the big red balls or let anyone on their side of the sand box. when the teachers saw this and tried to discipline them they went home and told their mom who told them it's only I'll get you your own big red ball and sand box... this went on for the next 5-8 years until they were in high school, by this time dear old mom had got them their very own car which just makes everything worse now they drive around taking every ones parking spaces as their backing into it... in short don't be mad at them for thinking the street is theirs you should go talk to their mother!!!

tell your pathetic neighbor that
" its ok, you dont have to act like a paranoiac, lorries will do no harm to your car. Look at me, the probability of lorries to hit my car is the same as yours. But I dont care and if you are really worried about your own car than you are free to move it to somewhere "safe" but dont ask me to move mine just to relax your paranoiac soul, cuz its my right to park my car anywhere I like and I am not moving it "
And if he says he doesnt understand what you are saying, kick his ***. And dont forget to say " watch your *** cuz I know where you live?"

The only one who can answer this question would be your neighbor. As long as parking is allowed on your side of the road, he has no right to tell you to move your car. You could ask him to move his, or ignore him and park where you please.

He is your neighbor. Why not just avoid him all together. it isn't hard to not answer the door or phone..and if he does see you and makes a comment about it just ignore him. This is best way to show that you don't feel like it is your problem.
