Cars are NOT built air tight
you'll be fine
remember to make sure the car doors are locked, park in a well lit area ( like a rest stop)
stay safe!

as long as you don't run the engine for extended periods of time... or leaving the window open just a little when you do. You'll have plenty of Oxygen in a closed car, out of the sun and in a safe parking area.

The only time you have to worry is if the engine is running....if there is an exhaust leak of any kind you could die in your sleep from Carbon Monoxide poisioning....If the engine is not running...close the windows, lock the doors and pleasant dreams...you may have a stiff neck in the morning!

Never said if the engine was running or not. If enclosed and engine running, yes. If outside and engine off, no. If outside and engine on, yes if a leak in exhaust system.
