Yah it helps pass the time if you know will be there awhile. I sympathize with toothpaste reader I myself will do that in extreme cases. Always should keep a nice stack of magazines in there. Or I will read the same dang magazine over and over and over.

you shouldn't be on the bathroom for an hour to start with. I propose reading a cookbook with some extreme fiber recipes. Sitting on the bathroom for an hour isn't healthful; it could bring about severe (and uncomfortable) wellbeing issues. I hate utilising censorship here, yet i think of Randal in Clerks II suggested it superb, "Sh*t or get off the pot".
