For instance, whenever I have done something wrong or feel bad about something I feel like there is this intense pressure in my throat and I get weak. Does this happen to you? And if so why do you think it happens?

Blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and muscular contraction are some of the physical reasons you feel the way you do. Anxiety occurs when feelings of guilt or regret arise, this causes changes in Blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and muscle tone. When muscles are contracted for a period of time this causes fatigue and reduced blood flow to the brain effects the way we process information.

It is normal and is part of the physical bodies magnificence to let you know that something is wrong - primarily your actions are not favourable for your souls purpose.....

The mind controls the body. When you go against what your mind, conscious or unconsciously, believes, your body becomes the portal of the minds expression. Just like laughing or smiling when we are happy, or crying when sad. Listen to what your body is telling you
