but there was too much stuffing to fit the chicken.
Should i still use the stuffing thats left over or throw it away???

Try greasing it a bit more and see if it will give..........
if not, save for a side dish.

Some studies show that stuffing will transfer the disease carried in poultry..........semolina, food poisoning. Leave the cavity empty and bake the stuffing as a side dish.

Use the stuffing that you have. There's never too much stuffing - it's just important to ease it in gently.

savor the flavor and eat it man, waste not want not, if it don't all fit inside the chicken, make room for a side dish.

bake it in a separate dish in the oven...make sure to use some cooking spray on the dish so it doesn't stick....
