1) Steering Column top bearing slightly worn

Repack with a thick grease and check any mounts haven't loosened. At the end of the day, the wheels not going anywhere, just means it'll rock slightly.

2)Nearside Front Macpherson Strut has slight Movement in upper support bearing assembly

Cheap enough, you're normally looking about £30 for the parts, then a couple hours labout just to jack the car up, compress the spring, remove and fit new bearings (they're just simple affairs, not like wheel bearings) and drop it down again. Not dangerous, but can make the car a little juddery on bumpy roads.

3)Offside Front Macpherson Strut has slight Movement in upper support bearing assembly

As above.

4)Nearside rear wheel bearing play in a rear wheel bearing

Get this seen to, if it's worn it will go, and it's not clever to have drive round on knackered bearings as they can damage the (expensive to replace) hubs. if you can do it yourself, a bearing is only about a £10, but you need a bearing press and about two to three hours labour. Much cheaper as it's on the rear and it's a front drive car. Probably looking about £100 to £150 per wheel.

5)Offside rear wheel bearing play in a rear wheel bearing

As above.

Hope that helps.
