I do not know of any miraculous ways but this might help. Prayer to God for fruitages of his Holy Spirit(active force not godhead of trinity) may help in getting on track with God's help. Vss. 19-20 describe the negative things from a worldly spirit or attitude where as 21-23 describe the agency that can help us.

At Galatians 5:21-23
Galatians 5:19-23 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious: [a] [b] sexual immorality, (A) moral impurity, (B) promiscuity, (C) 20 idolatry, (D) sorcery, (E) hatreds, (F) strife, (G) jealousy, (H) outbursts of anger, (I) selfish ambitions, (J) dissensions, (K) factions, (L) 21 envy, (M) [c] drunkenness, carousing, (N) and anything similar, about which I tell you in advance—as I told you before—that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (O)

22 But the fruit of the Spirit (P) is love, (Q) joy, (R) peace, patience, (S) kindness, (T) goodness, faith, [d] 23 gentleness, (U) self-control. (V) Against such things there is no law.

Jesus strongly recommended prayer for help in obtaining good fruitage(works, attitudes, desires etc.)

Luke 11:11-13 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
.
11 What father among you, if his son [a] asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead of a fish? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, who are evil, (A) know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father (B) give [b] the Holy Spirit (C) to those who ask Him?"

Being associated with people who try to practice the Christian attitude to the best of their ability is another aid. There are many hypocritical religions which one would need to be wary of , that can do one spiritual harm. Please be careful.

"Walking a mile in another persons shoes" or Moccassins, as the old native American Indian saying goes.
To me, it means that our attitudes would change from negative or bad, to a better and understanding attitude, if we were to place ourselves in that other persons situation. We'd understand exactly what they're going thru, whay they behave or think as they do, and our outlook=attitude, would miraculously change.

Read the book a course in miracles.

It is all about changing old beliefs and attitudes to something more positive.

Like most things if you really want change it can happen for you. If you just want to talk about it that's all that will happen. A lot of talk.

I am still determined to be cheerful and happy, in whatever situation I may be; for I have also learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our circumstances.
