Attitude has a lot to do with what you feed your head (TV, books, mags, web sites, etc...). Carefully choose what you look at ,listen to and think about.

It isn't a miracle, it's defining how you react to things, and consciously changing that reaction.

If somebody grabs your parking spot, you can either jump up and down on their roof, or just think, "She got there first, I'll get the next one".
