Try getting liquid multi vitamins. I notice some multivitamins make me sick, cause it seems they wont break down and I burp them for a couple of hours.

Some people can not take the iron in the multivitamins and if you are one of them they will really make you sick. Try one without iron in it and see what happens.

If you're young, you don't need a multivitamin. Your body is rejecting the influx of too much of a good thing.

However, if you feel you should be taking a vitamin/mineral capsule or tablet, take it during a meal. You body will naturally filter out what you don't need.

Some multivitamins do that to you. Maybe it is the vitamin A that gives you Nausea.

that occurs to me too. :( surely, if I take the multivitamin in the previous mattress, I many times awaken to puke interior the approach the nighttime. that's no longer worth it! i'm basically going to attempt to eat extra valuable, so as that i do not really want those supplementations. ... i ask your self if the rationalization being that the doses of the supplementations interior the pills are SOOO a lot more beneficial than what we actually want, that our bodies react badly to them?

Your body needs to have enough acid in the stomach,and it has to do some mechanical grinding to break down pills, since you are not chewing them. Your body usually releases stomach acid in the presence of food - not pills, which is why taking them on a full stomach will help.

u have to take them on a full stomach it happens to me when i take it and dont eat and plus it is on the bottle
