Reasons for dark under eye circles:
Under-eye darkness can result from a combination of different factors. These factors can include:
* Thinner skin on the lower eyelids allowing pigment and vessels to be more visible.
* Gravity, which causes under-eyelid skin to move downward, initiating more stretching and thinning. This allows the blood vessels and pigment to become more noticeable.
* Cumulative sun exacerbates the skin-thinning, melanin content, and effects of gravity.
* Inflammation.
If the darkness is due to lack of sleep it should get better with rest. Often though, it's due to hereditary or genetic reasons. Look at your parents/grandparents. Do they have dark circles? Chances are you will to. There's only one product I know of to get rid of hereditary darkness: Jan Marini's Factor-A eyes.
Hope this helps...

If you've got really serious dark circles, like the kind I have, nothing will make them go away. People will tell you to sleep more, eat healthy, take vitamins etc. which all works if you have the kind of dark circles that pop up in the morning and are gone by breakfast. I've tried everything and nothing works, not even plastic surgery. Just settle to the fact that they are there to stay and just use a very good concealer. By the way, there is a new product called "Hylexin" which claims to remove dark circles. Don't get fooled by that. Its an absolute rip off. A huge scam. Didn't do a thing for me.

Well,I have serious dark circles myself and I've tried almost everything.I have been using lots of different eye-cream to see which one is the best,and Lancome really does a great job on reducing the color under my eyes. The product name called Blanc Expert advanced whitening Anti-Dark Cicles eye treatment.
You'll see result in 2-3 days after use. And if u don't wanna buy it,u can get the 5ml sample from Lancome counter.

If you can afford it, buy the Strivenctin-SD cream from Sephora. They say it works miracles to the eye area.
Also, get good sleep and apply an eye cream every day. I've been using mine since 18. I'm now 24 and don't have a single line or dark circles...even when I'm tired.
Hope I helped.

Ok, try this- I have two ways to reduce dark circles under your eyes. 1. Apply grated cucumber, either alone or mixed with equal measure of carrot juice, to area beneath eyes. Allow to stay on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
2. Mix grated cucumber with milk and refrigerate 30 minutes, then apply to under-eye skin and allow to stay on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
I hope that help. Cheers!
