You can get a meat thermometer that is battery operated and stick it into the chicken. If it is at 180 degrees, then it's ready. That's if it is being baked on the right temperature.

She is right, if the juice runs clear, the chicken is cooked, the breast should also be tender at a touch but if you give it a good stuffing it will take longer........
