I'm restoring a dolls house for my cousins, and I wanted to put in some electrics for them so they could light it up; where can i get some (prferably battery operated) electrics and lights to put in?

For lights, for many years, model railroaders use GRAIN OF WHEAT bulbs (which pretty accurately describes their size). I do not know if they are still made (try a hobby shop that deals with model RRs).
You could also use LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), very low voltage, long lasting. They even use them on cars now (Try Radio Shack's web site).
Radio Shack has battery holders, switches, LEDs, etc.

Any large craft store that sells dollhouse kits, will also sell the lighting kits.I've seen them at Michael's. You probably can get a kit at A.C. Moore's to.

Try Hobby Lobby stores, maybe their website too. They had a lot of things like that last time I was there.
