I am ex navy myself and that is why the military has a chaplain. You need to ask the chaplain to help you by having him contact someone at home for you. The hospital were you were born should have a copy on file of your birth certificate. So have a family member contact that hospital to have a copy made. Your school may also have a copy on file. I hope this helps.
