Well, without books, we wouldn't learn much of anything. Textbooks help us learn a subject in school, and other books spark our imagination. As for tips, one word: GRAMMER! This question doesn't look very promising, so be sure to capitalize and punctuate correctly, unlike this question. Instead of using a bunch of periods, try either one (end a sentence) or a comma (when you need to break in a sentence). Indent your paragraphs, blah blah blah. Good luck!

I'm sensing you're sincere, so I will submit that to be taken seriously you really need to use correct spelling, grammer and capitalization. Also, narrowing down your request would be helpful. Now, you could start with the history of books, I've given you a URL for a timeline historical view. It's a lot, but you could pick the stuff you want to touch on and go through that. You could start: Since 640 b.c. books were written by.... OR take a current event and show how books shape public opinions. Just to say you need to write about books is like saying you want to talk about blue. What? blue water, blue eyes, blue sky, periwinkle blue, blues after a breakup, true blue it's a huge subject

we need more info ....
... give us more details
To write a book, you can think of something you are passionate about, but publishers may not want it ("Why I love my Granny"). Others look for commercial writing ("How To ..." books are good at this).
After writing this type of book, you have to sell it to a publisher - so get ready to tell them what type of people it would appeal to and show there is a market for it ("How to teach yourself the bagpipes" may need more proof than a recipe book)
Many novels are stories waiting to be told, and authers may re-write their book 3 times or more before they are happy with it.
There are different styles to write a book. Some have a few ideas and then the writing is like driving through a fog or storm ... you can only see a little bit ahead, then you find out more later.
Others plan a lot before getting chapters written, and then chop and change. (JK Rowlings wrote the last chapter of the last book of Harry Potter berfore she finished the first book - though she has shown it to nobody)
Usually, novelists are better to give their main characters a personality that will carry the story to areas they never imagined.

I am not sure what you are asking, but I hope this helped
