Ask your supplier for a key. You can't buy them. You may know this already, but keys can be charged up at any petrol station or Post Office (or some retailers with a Paypoint sign).

Hi there you can,t buy them, you need to get in touch with your electricity supplier. If it,s to replace a one you,ve lost they will charge you for a replacement. If you,ve moved into a property with a key meter you should still get in touch with them as the previous owner may have left a debt behind on that meter and it will need to be reset for you. Hope this helps
