i grabbed his penis and squeezed as hard as i could but it didn't hurt him at all. i heard men should be crying like babies when this technique is used. is he a He-Man or am i doing something wrong?

First of all why would you even want to do that? Secondly its the testicles that really super sensitive and make them cry like babies if they get hit not the penis

you grab the penis and smack the head of it with an open hand as hard as you can. very painful ad won't let him get an errection for 24 hours.
