Do to the increased weight (volume) I'd say 1/100th of 33 feet.

Exactly the same way: creating a vacuum into the tube.
The atmospheric pressure outside the tube will push the water up.
That is... up to 33'. At 34 (a value higher than the atmospheric pressure, you will suck it to... 33' only...)
