Do you have a network router? If so, just run the network wizard and then allow file/printer sharing. If not, you may need to burn to cd/dvd and then put them on the new pc. Or if all else fails, hook your old pc to the internet and email them (could be alot of emails depending on how many pics you have) to yourself and then download them on the new pc.

I would guess that the easiest way would be to hook both computers up to a home network. This way requires the purchase of a router and cables though. You can purchase a drive that you can connect to both computers (zip drive, jump/usb drive, even floppy disks if the files you want to transfer are small enough), depending on how old the old computer is, and whether both have usb connectivity or not. There is another way which requires connecting both computers with a serial cable too

A little more difficult would be adding the old hard drive to the new computer, which may also be the easiest way.
