If you mean webgames, then I recall there were some on the official STAR TREK website by going to http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/gaming/index.html
If you mean PC Star Trek games you can play online, try searching at http://www.gamespot.com where there should be some STAR TREK game demo's to download... though be warned they are HUGE downloads in the region of 70 - 100MB+
