can any one tell me the point of this movie? and what happened at end?

There is no certainty to death only that it effects us all. At the end every one is touched in one way or another by the man's death but he is in fact the only one who dies. The frog thing is a grek mythological reference that is never quite explained in the story but basically that is death raining over everybody. Try watching Dead Like Me on DVD episode one to help you out with that one. Meanwhile just watch the intro to the movie again and it will all make sense.

It was just telling how interconnected our lives our...how some of our actions affect many people that sometimes are not even directly related.
watch it again. you'll start to pick up the more subtle points upon a second viewing.
